Purchases
via this website are bound by the following terms and conditions and by
completing your purchase you agree to the following:
PAYMENT
Purchases made by credit card are completed
through the secure online
PayPal system. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay
by this method. For direct bank deposit payments, please email
sarah@crackersart.com.au to place your order and you will be
contacted by me with bank details to complete your transaction.
Purchases made via the
Etsy and
ozEbaby websites are bound by the terms and conditions of those
sites and are not processed via this website.
POSTAGE/SHIPPING
Postage rates are calculated automatically at the checkout. If for any
reason you are grossly overcharged in error for postage, we will refund
you the difference (at the discretion of Crackers Art).
All goods are shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise requested. We
take no responsibility for goods damaged during transit. Registered Mail
is available upon request, so you can have your item covered by
insurance during transit if you so choose. Please email
sarah@crackersart.com.au prior to purchase to request
registered mail.
All items purchased that are IN STOCK will be posted within 1-3 days of
purchase. Goods that are MADE TO ORDER will be posted within 2-3 weeks
from date of purchase. Delivery times for CUSTOM ARTWORKS will be
advised once order has been placed in the studio workload queue.
Please allow 1-5 days for delivery within Australia once shipped. We take
no responsibility for delays once goods have left our hands and are in
transit. A confirmation email will be sent once goods have been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE, so please email
sarah@crackersart.com.au for a postage quote prior to
purchase.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If your find your item is faulty or defective once you receive it,
simply return your purchase in it's original packing material within 7
days for an exchange or refund. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges
on delivery and return of goods.
We do not refund money or exchange products if you have simply changed
your mind. Due to the nature of custom artworks, we do not offer an
exchange or refund on these goods.

Any personal information that is collected from you will never be passed
onto any third parties and will only be used for the purposes of processing your order.
For subscribers to our mailing list your information is used solely for
the purposes of contacting you about future specials, new products and
offers. You can remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by

line, or via the Mailing List box on the website's Home page.
